Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Hope you all had a wonderful day. Dad’s already gone to bed because Everybody Loves Raymond was a rerun. Never mind that they stopped filming it years ago! MotherDear is watching a movie, but waiting for me to bring her last night’s Fantasy 5 numbers.
I thought I would tease you a bit with MotherDear’s cooking. Here’s tonight’s supper:
First the wine, naturally. It is a 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon from Italy, Cantina de Rosa. A wonderful, inexpensive wine! (Sorry about the flash-out, I hate using a flash.)
Next up is Dad carving the Corned Beast.
And last, but certainly not least, are the fine veggies, including cabbage, beets, carrots, broccoli and potatos.
